Today is a beautiful day.
It's warm outside.
Everyone seems to be happy.
Tonight we'll be heading to our local park with our daughter and walk for about 30-45 minutes! I've already mentioned that our park has up and down the hill roads, that killed me on Monday! :) But it's good! I felt it in my legs and butt what a great workout I had by just walking for 30 minutes.
Last night I spoke with my H, and told him how much I want to run a 5k! I know I just started to workout and watch my diet, but honestly I really want it so badddd!
Some of you might have done it, and I wonder how long does it take to train for a 5k?
